OUT OF STOCK

Should an item be out of stock within your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated with an arrival date.

PRICING

All products are priced in Australian Dollars AUD. Artzillery reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.

PAYMENT

We accept the following methods of payment within Australia.

  1. CREDIT CARD:

    We accept Mastercard or VISA. This payment method is both safe and secure. Your details remain confidential as we use the secure PAYPAL, who process your details using 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. Your financial details are not given to us, therefore, we do not store your details.

  2. DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT:

    If you would like to use this payment method, we will provide our bank details to you at the checkout. When using this payment, please ensure that you include your order number and name as a reference when depositing payment. Please email to inform us of your payment so that we can send your order to you when payment has been received.

  3. CHEQUE:

    Your order will be dispatched upon clearance by our bank.

SHIPPING

Artzillery strongly recommends Registered Post for a safe and reliable delivery. We will not be responsible for packages that may stray in regular post.

UNPAID ITEMS

We expect payment within 5 days of an order placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Artzillery happily accepts orders from customers worldwide. We are thrilled that in Australia, we can offer great quality at a discounted price. Please contact us with any queries regarding shipping rates via email and we will respond as soon as possible.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase from Artzillery, you may return and exchange your order under the following conditions:
  1. Contact must be made with us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
  2. Products must be returned “as new”. Items must be unused in any way and undamaged with all packaging untouched.
  3. Please note that an additional delivery fee will be charged for the exchange of items. If you exchange to an item of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference. If your exchange item is less than the original payment, we will refund the difference.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We check all items to ensure they are the best quality. If a fault is detected with one of our products, we will assist you. Please contact artZillery within 5 days of receipt. Email us at sales@artzillery.com.au to arrange an exchange or refund.
